SubulAI is a brand and product of MacroBourse LLC. We provide an intelligent assistant and lead-generation services to help agencies convert inquiries into bookings.

By using SubulAI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

• Agency data: business name, email, WhatsApp number, uploaded knowledge documents.
• Conversation data: messages sent to and received from the AI assistant via the WhatsApp Business messaging platform.
• Lead data: names, phone numbers, travel preferences collected during AI-assisted conversations.
• Usage data: page views, feature usage, session information for platform improvement.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and improve the SubulAI platform.
• To power the AI assistant and provide accurate responses to customers.
• To send booking-lead alerts to agency owners.
• To fulfill our contractual obligations as a Meta Business Platform partner.

4. AI Transparency

Our platform uses a professional AI assistant (“SubulAI Bot”) that interacts with customers on behalf of your agency. The assistant will disclose that it is an AI if directly and sincerely asked by a user, in compliance with Meta Business Messaging policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (database and hosting services) under strict data-processing agreements.
• AI processing services under our API agreements — no training on your data.
• Meta Platforms for WhatsApp Business message delivery.

6. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for 12 months and may be deleted earlier upon agency request. Knowledge base documents are deleted immediately when removed by the agency.
