1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubulAI (“the Platform”), a product operated by MacroBourse LLC(“MacroBourse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. About SubulAI

SubulAI is a brand and AI-powered SaaS platform developed and operated by MacroBourse LLC. SubulAI provides intelligent automation tools for Hajj and Umrah travel agencies, enabling them to qualify leads, nurture prospects, and close bookings 24/7 via WhatsApp.

3. Service Description

SubulAI provides a professional AI assistant platform for Hajj and Umrah travel agencies, including:

• An AI-powered messaging assistant integrated with the WhatsApp Business platform.
• Lead qualification, nurturing, and booking-intent detection tools.
• Knowledge base management for agency-specific content (PDF uploads).
• Analytics and notification services for agency owners.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes related to Hajj and Umrah travel services. You must comply with all applicable laws and Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.

5. AI Assistant Conduct

The SubulAI assistant is a professional AI assistant. It is designed to:

• Assist customers with Hajj and Umrah travel inquiries and bookings.
• Disclose its AI nature if directly and sincerely asked by a user.
• Never impersonate a human being or deny being an AI assistant.
• Comply with Meta's Business Messaging Policy at all times.

6. Agency Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of content you upload to the knowledge base.
• You must ensure you have obtained appropriate customer consent for messaging under applicable law.
• You may not use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

7. Subscription & Billing

SubulAI offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Unused trial periods are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

MacroBourse LLC (operating SubulAI) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
